|Recommended: YesI love it — I have been a resident now for 1 year and do not have any complaints regarding staff, maintenance or neighbors. I do not have any noise complaints nor do I hear any noise from my neighbors.
|Recommended: YesFriendly Staff, Clean Quiet Apartment. — Neighborhood and apartment are decently maintained. Staff are friendly, repairs and complaints handled in a timely manner. Only complaint is some peeling of finish in the bathtub, and old plumbing due to age of the complex. I am confident however, that management will take care of any maintenance issues should anything become an issue.

There are times at night where you can hear neighbors in the restroom running water or playing. But it is not bothersome Neighbors are friendly and welcoming, always greeting one another while going out, taking out the trash, or even checking the mail. Maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner as well
